About Us
Founded in 2013, Hanscom FCU Charitable Foundation has evolved to meet the changing needs of our community. As a 501©(3) non-profit organization, we initially focused on supporting organizations dedicated to the health, education, and well-being of children, homelessness prevention, and programs for veterans and their families.
Today, we continue this legacy of service, with a renewed commitment to enhancing the financial readiness and overall wellness of our military and veteran communities. Our efforts are aimed at creating a robust foundation for their future.

"Hanscom Federal Credit Union has been a partner of A Bed for Every Child for many years. Their ongoing support and compassion have allowed A Bed for Every Child to deliver hundreds of beds to children growing up in poverty. Hanscom Federal Credit Union's generosity has made it possible for children to lay there head down at night and dream big in a bed of their own."
Robyn Frost, Executive Director
Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, A Bed for Every Child Initiative

"Purple Heart Homes was started to serve the housing needs of veterans in communities across America and the work we do would not be possible without partners like Hanscom Federal Credit Union. Together, we are able to stand together and ensure that the veterans we serve have homes that are safe and accessible so that they are able to age in their homes with the dignity they deserve."
David Gilkeson, Chief Development Officer
Purple Heart Homes

"We're proud to lend the Foundation's support because the funds raised not only help the Society create breakthrough research, but also provide free lodging near treatment, a 24/7 live helpline and free rides to treatment."
Amber Anthony, Community Development Manager
American Cancer Society - Burlington Relay for Life

"Hanscom Federal Credit Union has been a dedicated partner of Credit Unions Kids at Heart since our founding. They have sponsored one or more staff members to run the Boston Marathon with our team each year since our first race in 2000, providing critical financial support for our research initiatives on pediatric neurological disorders. As a Participating Credit Union and advocate for our mission, Hanscom FCU shows that they believe, as we do, in a future where every child can enjoy good health."
