Founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and the Boston Red Sox, Home Base is a national nonprofit providing clinical care, wellness programs, education, and research for Veterans, Service Members, Military Families, and Families of the Fallen—all at no cost to those they serve. Your support helps make this life-changing care possible.
